Environment Manager

Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Environment Manager to take ownership of a complex, business-critical technology landscape spanning on-premise and Azure cloud platforms. Reporting to the Head of IT Delivery, you’ll lead the governance, planning and operational management of development, test and pre-production environments, enabling reliable, high-quality software delivery across multiple products, teams and suppliers.

You’ll define and evolve the clients environment management strategy, manage the full lifecycle of environments, coordinate demand and capacity across teams and suppliers, and drive standardisation and continuous improvement across the estate — working closely with DevOps, Testing, Architecture, Infrastructure and third-party partners.
