Corporate Services Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Services Manager to jointly lead the day-to-day operations of a corporate services team, with line management responsibility for one or more Company Administrators. You’ll manage your own portfolio of client entities while overseeing the work of others, ensuring client service standards are met, governance is robust, and statutory obligations are handled accurately and on time.

This role carries real responsibility — you’ll act as Director of client companies, internal Group companies, and Corporate Trustee companies, giving due consideration to your duties under applicable company law. You’ll also support the Directors with client retention, new business development, and risk management, while contributing to the ongoing development of team policies and procedures.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to build a team, not just administer a portfolio.
