Role Description

Working as an administrator, you will take responsibility for day-to-day administration, assisting your Team Leader and Senior Administrator, ensuring all work is produced to the highest possible standard. The ideal applicant will possess strong organisational skills, a keen attention to detail and demonstrate an ability to form relationships with both colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day administration of client entities within your portfolio reporting to your Senior Administrator/Team Leader.
  • Provide mentoring, support and guidance to Junior members of staff and peer support to other Administrators across the company.
  • Ensure your client files are set up and regularly reviewed in accordance with company procedures.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Assist with implementation of VAT and/or tax planning for clients.
  • Liaise with intermediaries, clients, employees of client companies, banks, PSPs, tax and legal advisers regarding client set up and structuring.
  • Ensure that your clients receive detailed analysis of client bank account movements as required in accordance with the scope of our engagement.
  • Prepare minutes and statutory documents as required.
  • This list is not exhaustive and there may be other tasks and duties that are required within this role which are deemed reasonable for this position.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a CSP environment.
  • Demonstrate an ability to perform well in both a team environment and when working from own initiative.
  • Possess strong organisational and time keeping skills, ensuring all work is finished in a timely manner and in accordance with company procedure.
