Compliance Manager

Job Description

We’re recruiting for a Compliance Manager to join a well-established financial services group on the Isle of Man. This is a leadership role within the Group Compliance Department, holding DMLRO status and controlled function responsibilities, and playing a central part in shaping compliant practices and culture across the business.

You’ll take proactive ownership of the compliance framework — developing, maintaining and evolving policies that guide organisational decision-making, while running an effective compliance monitoring programme aligned with third line assurance. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the Group to embed good customer outcomes, support regulatory submissions and deadlines, and provide training, guidance and cover for the MLRO, including AML awareness sessions.
