Senior Dealing & Settlements Administrator

Job Description

We’re working with a leading investment and life assurance provider on the Isle of Man to find a Senior Dealing & Settlements Administrator to join their investment operations team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the business, covering the creation, placement and settlement of transactions on investment accounts, asset maintenance, trading counterparty records, and policyholder investment portfolio administration.

You’ll act as a point of technical escalation for the team, supporting colleagues with complex queries around stock reconciliation, asset re-registration, and AML requirements tied to counterparty and account opening processes. While the role carries genuine seniority and subject matter expertise, it isn’t a formal people management position — it’s about being the go-to technical expert who helps the team deliver against tight service levels.

You’ll work closely with the Team Leader on process improvement, training and change initiatives, and be a key voice in maintaining a positive, collaborative team culture. Professional communication with policyholders, financial advisers and counterparties is central to the role.
